HOW LONG ARE PROCESSING, SHIPPING, AND HANDLING?

PROCESSING TAKES 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE SHIPPED OUT FROM THE DATE YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER.

PROCESSING OCCURS MONDAY-FRIDAY. (IF YOU ORDERED ON FRIDAY YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, WHICH IS MONDAY.)

RUSH SHIPPING ORDERS SHIP THE SAME DAY YOU ORDER (MONDAY-FRIDAY BEFORE 6PM PST)

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

IT TAKES 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AFTER IT’S SHIPPED.

WE SHIP THROUGH (USPS). FOR ALL HAIR ORDERS WE REQUIRE YOUR SIGNATURE TO RECEIVE ALL PACKAGES TO AVOID FRAUD CUSTOMERS.

MISSED YOUR DELIVERY?

It’s your responsibly to check your Tracking Number and be home for your delivery. (USPS) will attempt to deliver your package . If you  miss your delivery, (USPS) will drop it off at your nearest post office , the address will be on your tracking info. Pick it up with your ID. If you miss it again, Its sent back to us. * WE DO NOT RESHIP YOUR HAIR FOR FREE OR ISSUE A REFUND. IT’S $30 TO RESHIP YOUR ORDER.

 

WHEN WILL MY TRACKING NUMBER START TO UPDATE?

AFTER RECEIVING A TRACKING EMAIL, SHIPPING ACTIVITY WILL BECOME AVAILABLE AFTER 24HRS.  YOU'LL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER BETWEEN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER.

OUR BUNDLES ARE AROUND 3.5 OZ. A FULL SEW-IN WEAVE WITH OUR HAIR, WOULD NEED APPROXIMATELY NEED 3-5 BUNDLES DEPENDING ON LENGTH

 3 BUNDLES FOR 12-20 INCHES

4 BUNDLES FOR 20-24 INCHES.

 5+ BUNDLES FOR 26 INCHES+ 

 *TIP* PURCHASE 3 OF THE SAME LENGTH FOR A MORE FULLER LOOK. EX: 20", 20",20". KEEP IN MIND THE LONGER THE HAIR THE SMALLER THE WEFT! 

 

CAN I DYE THIS HAIR?

 

YES OUR VIRGIN HAIR CAN BE DYED. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU OR ANY STYLIST TRYING TO CUSTOM COLOR OR DYE YOUR BUNDLES OUTSIDE OF “CHRISTIANA NICOLE KOLLECTION”, IF YOU OR ANYONE ELSE dyes THE HAIR WRONG, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.  WE UNDERSTAND THAT EVERYONE IS NOT A COLORIST OR A SPECIALIST AT COLORING HAIR EXTENSIONS THAT'S WHY WE TAKE CARE OF THE HASSLE FOR YOU WITH OUR CUSTOM COLORING SERVICES.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

 

TO ensure A QUICK DELIVERY ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED DAILY, SO ORDERS CANNOT BE ALTERED OR CHANGED ONCE YOUR PAYMENT IS COMPLETE. IF YOU FORGOT TO ADD WHAT TEXTURE YOU WANTED, EMAIL US AND WE’LL FIX IT.

FLAGGED ORDERS

IF OUR SYSTEMS FLAG YOUR ORDER FOR ANY REASON, YOU'LL HAVE TO SHOW ID, BEFORE WE SHIP YOUR ORDER. OR WE WILL NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER! SHIIPING ADDRESS & BILLING ADDRESS MUST MATCH! OR YOU WILL BE COMPLETLY REFUNDED!

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

YOU MUST CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE. 

 NO EXCEPTIONS. 

NO CANCELS ON SALE ORDERS.

 

MY ORDER IS INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If our company sends you the wrong order, you MUST contact us the day you receive it. We will offer an exchange. You'll return the product and we'll fix your order. Inspect your product when receiving, if there are any problems, You MUST contact us the DAY you receive them and we'll replace them. You Cannot contact us after.

IF YOU OPEN, TOUCH, BREAK THE SEAL, USE THE PRODUCT, WE CANNOT OFFER A RETURN.

No, we do not offer exchanges only if our company send you the incorrect order. The product must be untouched, Unopened, not Worn in its original packaging.

A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE YOUR HAIR ORDERS OR ANY ORDERS OVER ($150). WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES! WE WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE OR REPLACE LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES.WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED HAIR OR USED HAIR. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMER DAMAGING THEIR HAIR BUNDLES.

LEGAL POLICY SECTION A981C:

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES ON YOUR CARD, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. STRICTLY ENFORCED ON ALL ORDERS. 

IF A CUSTOMER COMMITS ONLINE FRAUD ON A ORDER PLACED, HE/SHE CAN BE SUED FOR UP TO $100,000 AND/OR 5 YEARS IN PRISON. A FRAUD CASE WILL BE FILED AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, WHICH GOES ON YOUR BACKGROUND CHECK. A POLICE REPORT WILL ALSO BE FILED.

 

WE DO TAKE SERIOUS LEGAL ACTIONS IF OUR POLICY IS BROKEN.
